Seeing Changes

I have lost a total of 12 lbs so far and feeling quite satisfied with the results. The best motivator was being able to fit into a skirt that I have not been able to fit into in years. 7 years to be exact. Its still a little snug.... but the fact that it zips and I can move... takes me 1 step closer to my goal.
Added, for the first time ever i was able to put aside my fears and attempt jumping on the 3rd box at the gym... and it was success :-)
Hoping that its not a 1 time deal... planning to strengthen my legs and be able to actually do a full workout with that box.
Further successes... able to do several legit military push ups.
I think we're headed in the right direction..... :)

Yup....it starts at the top. My transformation starts with a lethal dose of impenetrable willpower. The rest is performance.
I am starting a physical and mental transformation. Want to reshape how I think and how I perform. I have clear goal and I am driven. Eat smart...Eat to fuel. I will give my training all that I have and then go look for more. I want to shed the weight and be in the best physical shape I can be. I want nothing to stop me physically or mentally. That my friends is willpower in action....

Let the transformation begin....
